BDVR to offer customers land financing!

In an effort to help new as well as established members of the community purchase land we will be offering financing on all our properties.

There will be absolutely now risk to BDVR finances , and it will be a great way to spur up business and increase profitability.

1 Terms will 4, 8, and 12 weeks.
2 Customers will need 10% down.
3. Full purchase price will be divided over term of loan plus tier cost of $L0.40 per sq m per week.
4. 10% of payment penalty per day up to 3 days then property will be resold.
5. All properties will remain in BDVR name until pay-off, customer will have full rights to create objects on the property though.

E.G>

Client buys 1024sqm property for $L10,000 for 8 week term.
Pays $L1000 down with 8 equal payments $L1410.
The tier would actually be cheaper then holding a premium account to most customers who can remain basic until they take possession of the land. Which would be $14.95(month)(4037) or $L931 per week instead of $L410 through our financing program.
